Hurricane Helene Disaster Assistance

We are a drop off site for hygiene kits and clean-up buckets!

Immediate Needs:

1.  Make a donation to Presbyterian Disaster Assistance at pda.pcusa.org

2.  Make a donation to Abingdon Presbytery for disaster relief

3.  Donate bottled water

4.  Work with your congregation to put together hygiene kits and clean-up buckets

    • Find information on what to include here: https://pda.pcusa.org/page/kits/#PF

    • Since the hygiene kits are staying local, please feel free to add toothpaste and mini shampoos.

You can drop off the kits, buckets, and water at either the Presbytery office in Wytheville or at Central Presbyterian in Bristol, and we will distribute them to those affected in our local area and in our neighboring presbyteries. Don’t worry about the processing fee; we’ve got it covered.

Our Mission

Loving God with mind, heart, and hands by being servants of God called to love God and love others by living the example of Jesus Christ, and following the winds of the Spirit.
